1. How long can the kueh be kept?

• It should be consumed within 2 hours after purchase where it is still in its best texture and freshness.

• Keep kueh at cool place eg in an air conditioned room if to keep up to 6 hours.

• To keep beyond 6 hours, kueh has to be kept in fridge.

2. How long can kueh keep in fridge?

• Kueh should not be kept beyond 2 days in fridge as prolong time in fridge will affect it texture and taste.

3. How long can bao or dumpling keep in freezer?

• Bao and dumpling in frozen section should last up to 2 months.
